RESEARCH INTERESTS

  • Advancing the reaction engineering methodology of multiphase reactors via advanced diagnostic techniques and modeling of transport-kinetic interactions for design and scale-up.
  • Application of reaction engineering methodology to multiphase processes in production of fuels and alternative fuels (e.g. syngas conversion to liquid fuel), chemicals and materials, bioprocessing, biomass conversion, energy/bioenergy, and wastes treatment.
